我睇左agent本天書, 原來寫近10次就可以, 否則我要入1倍資料, 好彩平時習慣寫下旅行日期, 否則有排搵

我個小朋友十年內去過幾次旅行，而且打印都睇得清楚，所以算易揾番資料

有出入境印就要報，但如台灣就唔需要， 因passport沒有蓋印。

其實都冇乜sample，主要寫番乜野班乜野名，下學年去英國升學，所以會在今學年完結後退學，我都係咁寫咋！
