咁我覺得如果係國際學校，就算唔行IB，學生寫paper同Presentation 都唔會太差嘅

This is weirdness at play again... You do know in Western countries, where English is the native language, larger cities have a mix of different ethnicities and a lot of the better areas have a large proportion of Chinese (ehticnicity) people right? You'd be surprised to know some of the "better schools" have a larger proportion of Asian students than the international schools here in HK... !
Also, just because someone is non-Asian they are not automatically "Caucasian" ...you do understand this right?
