how long did he do? one hour? - it's really depends to you, he will ask you whether you still have pain or not before he stop.  Last time I take approx. half an hour.

Can i know, will they "pak"骨? I am afraid of that!!
My back and neck are injured before and since the birth of Carrie, it always get really painful once in awhile especially when the weather change!! 未老先衰！
