係TSL破4000呀!

其實我地都係學校附近睇過好多次屋, 好想好似daddy cool咁細路行路返學校, d單位一係我地人多唔夠住, 夠住d單位尺價又真係.......

I guess you may regret a lot for letting your flat out so earlier.

1) As an experienced TSL parent, if you would keep your flat and conduct TSL interview classes for the prospective parents till December, the fees that you can earn in the coming 3 months will definitely be several times more than the normal monthly rental.

2) If you ask the property agent to add two more selling points (i.e. very good fung-shui and very likely to be admitted to TSL) to your flat before letting it out, the rental you can ask for will be at least 50% higher than the current market price.

開tsl interview classes 真係一條財路.... 唔少人為入tsl比小朋友去kln小一面試班.幾百蚊一堂,家長真係好捨得...

我後生在澳洲都試過揸電單車, 報咗名學, 跟住仲問朋友借咗架唔使轉波嗰種電單車掛個 L 揸咗輪, 再跟住走去落訂買架新嘅..............
有次揸車時 (私家車) 見到有單交通意外, 個電單車司機俾架汽車撞倒, 電單車司機玩完, 我只係經過見到都驚一驚, 結果係訂金都唔要, 報咗名都唔去考, 決定放棄.
其實我唔係細胆, 我當年都好鍾意揸快車, 只係認為如果係別人嘅錯失而累到自己就真係唔抵. 始終電單車係皮包鐵.........
我只係講吓自己嘅感受, 當然希望所有揸電單車的人都平平安安.
