I think your house is nearly at school.  So, you dont feel hurry that you can control the timer.   But, my son goes to school by car.  His Dad drives him to school before he goes to works.  But his working hours at 8:30 at Tuen Mun.  So, they must go out latest on 7:15.  Otherwise, he must go to school by bus.   He must wake up at 6:30.  

10 minutes : brushes tooth + washes face.  
10 minutes : changing the uniform
15 minutes  : eats breakfast + milks
10 minutes    : dict for Tue & Thur  (so, he must wake up early on these date)
5 minutes    : check temper & collect the ness. things.

Oh, I must repeat & repeat " FAST , FASTER, FASTEST.   HURRY , HURRY HURRY.

Likes a recorder.

Hilda,

I am very angry that one of the girl at the tutor that she is very impolite.  One of her classmates unable to tell her the answer.  She said " 八婆".  I hear that I warn her to be stay at school late (留堂).  Her mum come to school & pick her.  I let her mum know she dream all the way & impolite.   She cries .   

Her mum said " she did not do her homeworks at home, she likes watching TV.   That why, she study at the tutor centre.  But she always complain what wrong for the exercise book.

1)  女孩 : 老師,我要投訴,  (3次).
     我      : 有什麼事?
     女孩  : 這本補充很難.
   
2)  女孩 : 老師,我要不想返學.
     我      : 為甚麼?
     女孩  : 我唔想做功課.

3)  女孩 ：老師，我唔識做。
　　我　：（數）寫算式。
　　女孩 ：老師，我唔識。
　　我　： 為何？？？？？
　　
　　我心裡想，她想問我的答案，根本連運　　算的基礎也沒有。

Hilda,

I am teaching P.2 & P.3.
P.2 students - not thinking (my son too)
P.3 students - IRTP            (He is out of control).
he does not do the homeworks subject he likes.
So, I give up for him.

My son was late to tutor centre (at about 4:30pm),
he only finished Math Ex. 8.

在學校等校車等到眼訓, 仲話唔想去tutor centre,
我話佢 : 傻仔, 您唔去可以去邊.

Hilda,

He has the lessons (全方位) on next Friday too.  My son's tutor Miss request to stop a lesson.  So, I can pick him at school on next Tuesday that he no need wait for the bus too long.  Pls let me know if he agree.   Bcz some of the students lates at 3:45 that they only arrange one time for the school bus services.

By the way, he can also do the homework at classroom 005 too.

其實你地覺得小朋友咁密集式默書. 測驗. 你地啲小朋友讀得開唔開心, 因為我感都好小朋友好似無左學習樂趣, 每天為求考好成績.......有D死讀書, 冇左童年的天真快樂, 都唔知明唔明...

I totally agree the info fm the principle & Terry's ma.
We born them & to be concern their behaviors & all.
Such as their studying problem.  

Thinking
1) Why you choice for MLC?  
     This is the one of the best best in the site of 95.
     It is not the top one, but it is not the bottom
      too.
2)  Do you think / concern their future?
      Primary to Secordary -> university
      the education department 3+3+4
      The primary which excluded their
      expectation.  That means it is very easy.
      If they cant face the junior level, how will they
      find best way in their future.

Kids like depend & lazy.  So, we must push them to do more & more.   It is a education fm youngest to eldest.

Terry,

My son wrongly spell " Japan".  He write as " Janpan".   So, he got 98 only.
According to his friend that they got 100 marks.   When his classmate call for him on tdy that ask for the marks for dict.  They seems that they will very concern their marks too.

Hilda,

It may be the children know the F.A. which not count the marks.  So, the mum also dont care about too.  I ask him to be serious for the revision that they will lost so many marks for careless mistakes.   By the way, he also not did the F.A. well enough that he did not see the question clearly that he lost 7 marks.   

To be honest, I DONT suppose that he can get good results for the coming exam that he is dreaming that he do the homework badly.

Do you settle down your feeling about the test & Dict  & Exam week.   We also face this problem for all the school (no matter for Kindergarten / Primary  / Secondary school) too.  Even you want to change the school that all the exact Primary school no matter for private or Govt also have so many test & exam.  Due to the teacher want to know how much they learn.   It can also help them remember the knowledge that they must be know.
So, Keep on going.    You can find a tutor centre that it may help you share the homework for your kid.
