Dear tin_tin,
[size=medium]Congratulations.
It seems that HK line is faster. I applied for I seat by the end of Dec 2003 and got the seat in Mar 2004. Maybe, the population size is smaller in HK island. I guess.

The test may consist of
1. Cognitive test: concepts
2. Speech assessment
3. Fine motor skill test
4. Gross motor skill test
5. Hearing test
6. Eye sight test

***My child attended the assessment at Duchess of Kent. The whole test lasted for about three hours as the child had to move around different rooms.

Tin-tin, Congratulation!

星期六,去丁卯見過主任，同時見的還有另一個家長，小朋友四歲幾。媽媽表現得很擔心，辯解自己個仔沒問題,只是內向，自己很予盾是否讓仔仔讀I位，怕仔仔不開心等等。 I suddenly found myself have already adjusted my 心態, can face my son's problem more positively and directly.

主任commented that his son was not answering question properly and was not geting on well with classmate... and have 1 year delay in cognition according to test.. And their kinder will not label I seat kids. I seat kids will do most of the things with other kids. So no need worry too much.

I ask them whether possible to let Yu attend their Saturday morning school from now on till formal enrollment on coming Aug. and they agreed...

I will start to put him there from next month on every saturday as a 暫托形式 from 9:00am to 12:00. I am very happy with this arrangement as I got three benefit:
1) it is a very good& cheap weekend playgroup for him.
2) he can get used to his future school beforehand.
3) I can attend the市政局壁球班 from 9:00 to 11:00am on saturday from Apr.without worrying him too much as I know he is receiving social skill trainning in the kinder...

Finally, I can do something for myself...

Thank you very much!

It's a wonderful idea to have a joint birthday party!
However, the problem is that my two kids will run away if there are many people. It's very difficult to make them sit down to have meals in the resturants, not to say to join a social gathering.

評估果日最好俾小朋友訓足精神, 最好可以帶點飲品及小食, 因為見完醫生跟住多數要見埋社工, 再加上等候既時間, 都好長時間架！

輪到我要發下"勞蘇" 喇

近來亞仔傷風未清仍要食藥, 可能食藥既關係, 變得好扭計, 連半夜訓覺都要同我地一齊訓, 因為佢訓同我訓既關係, 令我成晚都無覺好訓, 又要幫佢"kam"被, 又驚佢捐左入被中間焗襯, 又成晚俾佢起飛腳, 佢地兩父子就好好訓, 難為我已做左幾日"國寶"了(熊貓)

唔夠訓自然成日心神恍惚, 再加上佢勁扭計, 所以都鬧佢多左呢

, 希望能夠盡量控制自己情緒啦

I only selected two nursery, one is yours and another one is 排到 ge. This one is recommended by 稚言治語 and very near to my house. But my son has no chance to be your son's classmate lu.

But the social worker said need to get into there in May or Jun. Not sure if can delay to Aug.

Come here and 發下"勞蘇". Then all your anger will be gone!

Hope your son can get well soon. When will you send him back to school? There are many virus around these days. Cold and wet make me feel uncomfortable too.
