Just Get Lost. Go and talk to a private  detective(who are mostly hak shea wui, any way) or some hak shea wui members, you belong to those classes of society.

Ivy League is a collection of Universities on the East Coast of the United States.  The external walls of some of their buildings have ivy grown all over them, hence the name.  They are Harvard, Yale, Pinceton, U Penn, Dartmouth, Cornell, Columbia and Brown.  

But do you SERIOUSLY believe MOF has a "Wah Yan Jai" hubby who went to an Ivy League University?  Or that she is really a "Convent mui"?  Or that her daughter is an Oxonian?  Over my dead body.  

Actually, as someone said in this thread, it is rather easy to check.  MOF should be somewhere in her 30's if not early 40's.  She would have graduated in the late 70's/early 80's from SPCS (if what she says is true) and her hubby would have graduated from WYHK at about the same time; her daugher is now at Oxford (MOF does not dare name a college: she fears she may name the wrong one, such as All Souls, which does not take undergraduates).  It is easy to check whether such a family exists. You do not need Hark Sea Wui.  You only need to know people who have been to these places.

再次證明, 讀書不是生命的全部, 我雖然學歷比 Ivy League 畢業生低, 不過豈馬有一樣野我一定優勝於佢, 就係我的另一半一定比佢的另一半賢淑.  但有一樣令在下不得不佩服到五體投地的就是佢o既忍耐力, 嘩! 真係能人所不能, 咁都頂得順.

You were right, I dare not tell you which college my girl goes to, in case you do something bad on her. You are that kind of people who are jealous of others' achievement.

When someone invites you to a gathering, you wouldn't like him/her to tell you the place, because you feel offended if someone tells you it is at the Redhill or HK Club.
When someone shares his/her experience of his/her alma mater, you wouldn't like him/her to tell you which school he/she went to, because you feel humiliated - reason: you came from a school which had been 'killed' already.

Well obnoxiously anxiousparent, you are well informed. You seem to know all the names of the colleges that comprised the Oxford University and the Ivy Leaque. But I only know the name of the colleges that my girl and husband studied. They got what they wanted at one go and therefore I need to know one name. I suppose you knew all the names of the colleges of these universities because you or maybe your beloved ones tried to be admitted to these colleges but failed at every single attempt.

Don't lie. You are HKchina in disguise. I am waiting to see how you could find me out when you return home. It is over 48 hours now. Perhaps you should go and get help from the hak shea wui private detectives if you could afford that some 8000 dollars. I believe there is still the rule of law in HK. Sorry Fanny to have given the impression of boasting.  If you follow my previous postings on other threads you will see that that was actually jot my style.  The "boasting" was actually to take the piss out of MOF, but somehow it gave the wrong impression to you.

But on reflection, perhaps we are all playing into MOF's hands.  I was probably the first one to say that MOF was doing this to take the piss out of a certain "stereotype" of parents (those who show off about their kids etc - , and so maybe we are being too harsh on her.    Has anyone of you read "City Magazine" many years ago, where there was someone who wrote a column parodying the snobs?   Giving her the benefit of the doubt, MOF is probably trying to do that.  If that is what she is doing, just come out of the closet and admit it.

so what you meaned? mof is boasted her childs' study in oxford and also you studies in oxford, so you knowed she not real talking. she is a liar? and also are you tell the truth to us? mof is very nice, she plan a talk to us on oxford, i send pm to her and she invite me to go her home; why you so hate her?
