我是用中文面試的，會唔會係英文面試的主題不同，所以大家有不同的面試室？今個星期見完st cat 和 ken我會好好決定去哪一間。當然...假置間間都收我個B。

我個B返緊PM preN 另一間kinder, 想比佢早上學普通話，有無興趣一齊找老師教？有無好介紹？Anfield 有個Mandarin Activity Chest ，成HK$300一堂，有無人試過好唔好？比2-5歲的。

等我答下你地先。記得上年報考幼稚園時有機會參觀stafford，當日校長、老師、主任、甚至嬸嬸都很好，給我一個良好印象。面試時以supermarket形式，我囡囡十分好動，佢一入課室就不停玩玩玩，幸好外籍老師好有耐性咁就住佢玩的玩具而發問。
揀stafford主要係學校雙班主任制，學生比例不多，還有一名老師幫手，可以照顧到不同的學生。學校英文好，又有普通話堂(雖有不足)，而且不時有不同的活動給予家長自願參加。我覺得唔錯
我囡番左學3個月，已見到有很大進步，好多生字、英文字母佢都認得。連扣扭、拉拉鍊呢d小肌肉的訓練，學校都有教，可以幫我減省不少時間去教佢

Is the English Teacher in Stafford Indian? Or British? Many schools use Indian as English Teacher, to me, not preferred?

Anywhere we can know more about primary schools that Stafford graduates mostly go?

Me too. My girl is also admitted.

My girl is admitted to AM class but I am thinking of changing to PM one. Does anyone if any difference in teacher or any other things as compared to AM class.
The reason is that I live far away & I don't want my kid to wak up too early and I works late (come home almost after 8:30pm every day), I want to have time to be with my kid. I don't want her to sleep too early as she needs to wake up early.

但施德福比我既感覺好好多,

What is your consideration? Are you still waiting for other schools?
Other than Stafford, St Johannes is also my another 1st choice but the interview is on 19 Nov.
Both stress on English teaching & fulll-day for K 2 & K3. SF seems more open while SJC has a primary school. I only get SJC info in BK mainly but I think it fits my need. However, I want to find out if it's really good in the interview.
So far i have very good impression of SF but not yet find out SJC.
What about you?

hi, all,

my kid got interviewed at St Cat today.  He was shy and refused to identify himself. He even dared to joke by saying his father's name as his name. He even dared to joke that his name is 中国人!!  Luckily, he answered all questions and blew a flying kiss to the interviewer.  Maybe, my kid has been kicked out already!!!! Wow.. we have to wait till Dec whilst Stf need our initial registration next week wor....(19 Nov???)

Btw, for those who got SC interview, did you tell the interviewer which school your kid is studying ??  Sbd said it was safer not to mention such or else SC would believe that you don't care about their places and would NOT give you one.

Btw, teh letter does not mention which class the kid is admitted to (no info found on the letter). strange!

The letter mention whether AM / PM session only. I think they will arrange those admitted to different classes ( actually seems only 2 in each session) later.

What will u choose between Stafford & SC?

其實今年除左St.Catherine外，
我亦替囡囡報左根德園（明日面試）、
金巴倫（已收到取錄信已肯定不考慮）、
坦白講根德園及國際都無website,
我亦沒有去參觀過，
對呢兩間學校實在沒有多大認識，
而學校有甚麼設施更是一無所知，
（今日總算見識過St. Cat面試的大場面）
但我總覺得呢類學校好commerical。

而施德褔我分別於去年及上個月參觀過校舍，
上個月參觀時更睇到學生上課的情形，
陳主任帶我行勻全校亦很詳細介紹學校的課程
及各種設施，其實這冇乜特別，我諗大多數去親
幼稚園參觀的家長都會得到這樣的招待，但係學生
上課時果種全情投入及專注反而令我留下左深刻的
印象，不單止係高班(K3)的學生，連K1的學生見
到我呢位陌生人係班房門口出現只係望左我一眼之
後又目不轉睛望住他們的老師講課,我見佢地上堂
的氣氛好好,因此而推斷小朋友係度返學會好開心。
比我感覺好warm好親切，而面試當日經Ms Fung詳
細講解過學校以letterland的教材教英文後，我就
不擔心囡囡的英文水平會比其他學校差。

昨天我都有帶呀囡去 St Cat in, 呀囡有超水準的表現, 全部問題都答arm, 仲係快而準個隻, 不過我都知未必會收, bcs I strongly believe that they will also take into accounts on the kid's parents and family background.  但我對此校都沒什麼特別感覺, 唔係好差, 但又唔覺好好, 雖然校舍係大 D, 但有成600-700人一齊, 都咪話唔迫, D classroom 又轉彎沒角都係, D 小朋友會唔會盪失路架!  況且佢地 K2 仲好似全部返下午 (我向 D 幼稚園天書睇到, but not sure correct or not), 這點我就非常不喜歡.  就算真係收, 都應不會讀了, 見識下就算 lou.

我都好鍾意 letterland 這教才, 我覺得會好 interesting and effective.

我會去 Stafford 交留位費, 你地呢?

Interviewer 冇問我囡囡係邊到讀緊, 不過我向 application form 上有 mention 到.  By the way, Stafford 封信 english version 2nd paragraph 有 mention 係 AM or PM class, 你再睇睇.
