Hard to say! I know someone quitted from DBSPS after P.1 and am not surprised that somebody prefers YW to DBS.

謝謝指教！請問閱讀習慣是否要他自己能夠識字看書呢？小兒很喜歡看書的圖畫，由我讀內容給他聽，我每天坐車讀幾本給他聽，在商場，他寧願去書店打書釘也不去玩具店，這算不算閱讀習慣？如果不肯自讀，是否對面試毫無幫助？

不知你的小朋友年紀多大呢？其實所有小朋友看書都是由看圖開始，所以不要介意他是看圖還是看字，只要他喜歡，便任由他看。當他字懂多了，便會慢慢轉為看字。但要留意，英文易學，小朋友多愛英文書，而不愛看中文書，記得要平衡為要。

I know a real case. My friend did get the offers from both DBSP and YWPS. She chose YWPS for her son. She said she wants her son to be more humble and his son gets along with the boys from the "mid" of middle class. My understanding is that her family is at least upper mid-class. Her son is now P2.

I also know a case that the elder son of the family is studying at YWPS and the parents chose DBSPD for his younger son. Their younger son also has offer from YW.

Did the boy quit DBS for YW? Otherwise quitting DBS doesn't prove or demonstrate anything for the purpose of this thread. I also know from magazine that 鄧梓鋒'a son left DBS for international school
