today, I went to see my daughter's piano "mini-performance", quite impressive. Are you kids learning piano as well to stimulate their interest in music?

Apart from playing lantern, my son loves to 賞月 very much. He always talked about what Ms. Suen had told them about Mid-Autumn Festival.

yup, my daughter kept repeating the phrases Ms. Lee taught them about what to do at mid-autumn festival (e.g. eat mooncake, play with lantern, etc)

Chinese: 椅...the teacher reminded them to differentiate the prounciation from 耳

Music Lesson:
(1) Cock A Doodle Doo

My master lost his fiddle stick
My dame lost her shoe

(2) Ants are busy (the tune is based on 打開蚊帳）

Calix told me that they'd done number & chinese revision papers today (but not English). Not sure they're just worksheets or not.

my boy is a "small boy" and i think his finger is still not strong enough to learn piano. Plus, i haven't asked him if he like piano or not.

thx so much for many parents!
I got no time to check the BK for a week, miss all of u!

Max is back to sch yesterday!

I thought that Maggie & I is quite busy in this mth. Every Sat, somethimes, even weekday kid also absent fr. sch going to interview

I think is time to revision for the kids, soon will have the 'Paper", add oil!!!

They'd English dictation today. My son said Ms. Lee wrote 5 letters on the board (1) B (2) A (3) C (4) D (5) E first and then erased them. The kids were then asked to write on their own paper (with 3 lines).

Chinese: 龍 (they'd mentioned 九龍，九龍塘，恐龍 etc.)

My son told me that Ms. Suen asked them to write a Chinese word on the paper and also the class name. Yet, my son said he didn't hear clearly what Ms. Suen had said and therefore he wrote nothing on the paper. I asked if that's dictation but he said no. I really hope that's not dictation!

Oops...let me clarify...my son told me that Ms. Lee wrote the letter "A" on the board and erased it. Then Ms. Lee said it's their turn to write the letter "A". So I guess the 5 letters should be done one by one.

Today they'd finished Chinese dictation: (1) 日 (2) 工 (3) 人 (4) 口 (5) 田.

Also, just found that they'd finished the Chinese book 「奇妙的我」today. My son said they don't need to take the book to school anymore. Any mom can help to confirm this? Tks!
