Today Ms. Kung was not on the school bus when Calix came home.  He said the teacher today was Ms. Lam (not 1H's Ms. Lam).
Like Joyce, Calix said Ms. Chan asked him to fix the stickers on p.10.  He didn't mention p.8.  I'll check with him later.

Also, he said Ms. Chan had taught "cow" and "月：月亮" while Ms. Lam had taught triangle apart from circle & square.  He also said they had learnt the colours of black, blue & red.

Seems that a day in KV is really 充實for our kids!

P.S.  I really admire your girls who can share so many things to you in such a detailed way...Calix can only share what he had learnt but not what happened in school.

Sometimes our kids are not well to describe all the circumstance in school...... but we have this forum so that we will know more about it.  Thank you for all to sharing.

I'm happy to see Alton's mom in school this morning.  So I expecting the parents day......to see you all.

Claix is so smart & he always to sharing with you. Occasionally my girl  tell me about the homework, classmate &....

Today she is happy coz Ms. Chan give her a Disney sticker.....but I ask her why.... she didn't tell me

Calix had fixed 3 birthday candles on p.8.  After fixing, he sang the birthday song, made a wish, cut & ate the cake as if it's his real birthday, so funny!

O...Vianca had put 4 candles instead of 3 because she is 3 and a half now. The 3 candles cake were done in March. The upcoming one shu get 4 candles.

BTW, I'd read the other thread about "茶點".  Some moms said their kids start to have recess time...kids are allowed to  play outside when they've finished their snack.  Don't know if this happens in our class or not?

i still cant recognize who is joyce in the schoolbus.. i ask cassidy to point out who is joyce when she board the schoolbus.. but she doesnt answer me... coz i think joyce board earlier than cassidy .. she must be in the schoolbus

I'm in 9:00am time slot on the parents' day.  Daddy's thinking to go with me or not coz he needs to go to work on that day.  15 mins seem to be a bit short...

Today, Calix recited the following rhyme with body movement:

To market, to market
To buy a fat pig
Home again, home again,
Jack-a-ji-jack (sounds like that)

I heard him talking about "market", "fat pig" and "home again" occasionally last week.  Today was the 1st time he showed me the full version.  It's very funny that he twisted his body when saying the last sentence.

Calix always tells me Ms. Chan teaches them "AA, BB, CC".  At first, I didn't quite understand why the letters come in twice.  Today I found out that they learn the capital & small letters together and that's why Calix always says "Aa, Bb, Cc".

Also, Calix told me that "A瞓低咗，B瞓低咗，C瞓低咗".  I asked him why and he said A, B & C are naughty when they lie down and this is called "odd side" (he spelt this to me and therefore I believe it should be real).  He showed me how A, B & C lie down by using his magnetic alphabets.  He also tried to write to me (but with very poor writing skill) how A, B & C should "stand".  I guess that Ms. Chan tried to teach them how to write the letters properly.  So amazing!

O...I'm in 12:00noon time slot. I think we're the last session because our surname is Yuen that starting with Y.

Vianca sing also the Market song, but not that long as Calix sang. Vianca "打斧頭" 呢!

That means Ms. Chan will see us all on 18 Oct?  I saw from other thread that some are arranged on 25 Oct.

yes, Claix mom, my daughter was arranged on 25th Oct at 11:30p.m. I think the parents meeting will be held on 2 days.

Camom, I really want to be the 1st one at 9am, but Ms Chan said the time schedule is so tight and difficult to change the time...
