My son will go to the PM class. We are lucky that the school bus can reach the ground floor of our flat. He'll take the school bus at 12:22pm and can come back at 4:35pm.

It only takes 20 min. to back to home. It's good to the small kid. We live in Shatin.

很可憐,我的囡囡也是尚德站,要在七點二十五分上車,我很不開心,

今日接獲校車公司的人通知,要這麼早上車我很不開心亦不服,我清楚記得上次去校車部申請坐校車時,他們在牆上貼了零三至零四年的校車表,當時將軍澳線中尚德站排在中間位置,我問當時校車部的人,尚德站幾點上車,得到的答案是大約七時四十五分左右,可能會早或遲少少,到通知家長時就確定,當時他們亦話會因應所收新生的情況會有少少不同,但相信是加站的情況居多,路線大致如往年

但今天收到通知居然是將尚德站轉為首站,而中間由起點到學校除了要在將軍澳兜兜轉轉4-5站後,居然要經大埔仔村,再由清水灣道再去采頤花園又再去巴富街,中間總共有12-13 個站,聽完他(校車部負責人)講之後很生氣亦氣憤,為何校車的人竟將學童的安全,舒適放在次位?

首先,要一個小朋友坐校車返學的時間比真正上課時間早一個半小時,即返學都是三個小時,但用在搭車的時間是其一半,可怕可怕,

第二,小朋友留在校車時間越長越有發生事故的可能,校車的服務應該以小朋友最快最安全到達學校為首要考慮,

第三,舉例如改選搭巴士去學校,296c由尚德去太子站,中途站站停,也最多不超過四十五分鈡,每月校車費650元,比搭巴士貴,仲要用同一部車兜出九龍再接多數名校生,想問冠忠,做事要講良心的,點解可以如此不理學生感受!

第四,想深一層,校車部的人解釋,因應今人年收生人數而決定校車路線,又告訴我今年將軍澳線一分為二,其一是尚德經清水灣道去采頣出學校,其二是新都城經寶林北路康盛再去牛池灣再兜一輪去學校,我發覺兩點,一就是兩條線都不經將軍澳隧道可以慳隧道費,各位(住開將軍澳的人)都會知道由隧道出,再上快速公路,太子西,出窩打老道,就已經到培正門口,校巴不以最直接的路去學校,要學生辛辛苦苦在校車內捱,作為家長點會唔氣憤

另外我不介意校巴要服務培正將軍澳學生,而在區内兜轉接學生,但點解,兩條所謂將軍澳線都要兜路去九龍中甚至巴富街等等的地方,用意何在?

我很不滿意校巴公司職員的解釋,我估計自己可以做----,是要求校巴公司退回已交費用,(事實上我已查過可以退款)自已再想辦法送小朋友返學,我明白食得咸魚抵得渴,自已決定讓小朋友去九龍上學,就要想辦法,但我不甘心,這間公司居然可以如此安排,只顧私利,仍無人出聲,我會寫信給該公司的管理層及培正幼稚園校長,希望他知道這間公司根本沒有做好校車服務,受苦的是他的學生及家長,校長如果關心學生,應正視問題,

my daugther will get on and off in Kwai Chung.  As you can see from the time, obviously the route to school is taking longer than the return route, I thought that they may put some buffet for traffic jam in the morning.  I don't think it needs to take 50 mins from Kwai Chung to Mongkok but it is quite reasonable to reserve some buffet rather then late to school as they told me that kids are allow to play in the playroom if they arrived early if the kids are by school bus but not for kids taking other means to school.  Secondly, only school bus is allowed to drive in the campus to drop off the kids, other bus must drop off kids outside the campus.  It means that they may need to cross the road. The school will only receive kids from 8:45 onwards if kids are not taking school bus.

I would suggest you to ask the bus company why it takes so long from your place to school, if they don't provide you a reason, call Pui Ching and let them know the case.  As I was told on the date of registration that the school bus should not take more than an hour to deliver the kids.  You better confirm with Pui Ching if your location is under special arrangement and the school accepts it.

Sorry I have to type in English as my computer here is definitely a problem for typing in Chinese.

it is really strange for your case, I will suggest you to send baby by yourself if it is ok.  HH is really close, I take 103 or 113 from HH to PC only within 10 mins.

Yes, school starts at 9a.m.  My daugther is also attending am session, is yours boy or gril?

各位我真的對"冠忠"此次安感到好失望, 唯有向校車部投訴及自求, 我現在找其他保姆車, 試下可否不乘冠忠, 說實話我沒時間自己同囡囡返學, 我又沒有車, 現在很頭痛, 也感到苦了囡囡.

***將軍澳線媽咪如有不滿，不如相約同一時間到冠忠及培正投訴，相信不是個別列子，會受到較重視對待****

Susana,

I do understand your worry.  I had the same worry as you when I decided to let my daugther to take school bus instead of sending her to school by myself.  Luckily, my case is definitely turn out better than yours.

FYI, I don't think this only happens in TKO route.  My daugther's route for example, her stop is in the middle, the last 5,6 stop to school, there are about 10 stops before hers.  If my daugther needs to get on the bus at 8:10 a.m., can you imagine when the kids needs to get on the bus at the 1st stop at TsingYi.  But I do remember that the staff told me that they have to deliver kids to school within an hour.  I think I will treat his statement as cheating if they cannot commit to his words.

I agree with you that you should raise the issue to PC for their attention but not limited to TKO's parents.  Well, it may not be useful if this is their normal practice but at least we know this is the case rather than cheated by the KoonChung staff's saying.  Good luck

一定要向校長投訴, 如果吾係蘇生吾會做野架!!! 我聽過不少媽咪投訴校車部果位蘇生的安排真係好差, 真係吾明白點解培正仲要同冠忠續約. 我仔仔舊年返上晏8:25分上車, 今年輪到妹妹返上晏竟然要提早至8:05!!!! 果20分鐘吾知去左邊???

學校早上係9:00上堂, 但8:45才可以開始進入課室.

J's_mama, Nice to meet you too.  So how's your decision?  Are you going to send your daugther by yourself or stick to the school bus?   1 hour from HH to PC
