Dear all,

我睇書(四季湯水篇、媽媽寶寶)及在網上seach見到有幾款湯水幾適合依家既天氣煲, 有D係針對感冒/敏感, 介紹比大家睇睇.

針對傷風、感冒、咳既[size=medium]蘇杏湯，材料及製法如下﹕

材料:
蘇葉 2錢
北杏 3錢
冰糖 4錢

製法 : 清水2碗，煎至1碗，溫服。
功效 : 對付外感風寒、咳嗽、流涕。
材料功用 : 蘇葉疏風散寒，北杏平喘止咳。

Dear all,

[size=medium]加強抵抗力既蓮子百合瘦肉湯﹐ 話好適合比小朋友飲。

[size=medium]蓮子百合瘦肉湯

材料 ﹕ 蓮子5錢﹐ 百合5錢﹐ 淮山5錢﹐ 瘦肉3兩
做法 ﹕ 材料略清洗後﹐ 用5碗清水煲所有材料﹐ 先以大火滾後再收細火慢慢煲﹐ 至剩下1碗水。
效用 ﹕ 建議飲2至3日﹐ 每日飲1碗﹐ 有增強脾腎及肺部的功效。

本書介紹既份量只係煲比1個小朋友飲﹐ 不過如果我煲﹐ 就一於煲晒比全家大小一齊飲﹐ 唔駛side爐火丫麻~

多謝你介紹左呢幾種湯水︰『蓮子百合瘦肉湯』我好多時有煲，因為一家大小都飲得，而且味道亦唔錯。
至於『蘇杏湯』我就未煲過，唔知好唔好味呢?

啤梨 & TinaWu,
呢排我囡囡放學返屋企，自動自覺除鞋襪；又成日要自己著衫褲鞋襪；去完街返屋企又會自己將鞋放入鞋櫃，d衫褲就放入洗衣楠。唔知係唔係因為依家學校教緊『我長大了』呢個課題，所以懂得自動自覺呢?
定還是平時我日日提住佢做，但都有時做有時唔採我。我發覺佢呢排好左好多，咁你地囡囡係唔係都一樣自動自覺?

無花果杏仁瘦肉湯, 呢款湯水適合傷風感冒後飲用, 話可以加速痊癒, 食晒西藥之後如果未完全康服, 可以try try.

我囡囡依家[size=medium]間中都有自動自覺將鞋放入鞋櫃，重成日搶我換完既衫, 話要幫我放入污衣籃 我都覺得佢進步左.

[size=medium]蘇杏湯煲完之後會好似紫紅色既糖水, 如果我囡囡有透明既鼻水 & 少少咳, 我就會煲比佢當水飲, 如果飲完止唔到(鼻水 & 咳), 我至會帶佢去睇醫生, 可能因為甜甜地, 所以我囡囡幾鍾意飲.

I will print out to grand-ma and my maid......... it looks so delicious   .  you know flu in very popular in HK. Usually, I bought  HOU CHAO SAN (chinese medicine) for my girl, it's also good for beginning or after western medicine.......but it's really very expensive!

我同囡囡每日都會傾心事，咁我尋日問佢依家仲有冇小朋友哭呀，佢就咁話︰『有呀，藍組果個譚茵雪law，佢食茶點果陣食完冇晒就哭啦.....我今日唔同阿xxx玩，因為佢成日傾計law...』

我囡囡只係一歲左右食過保嬰丹, 未食過猴棗散, 都聽講過猴棗散好貴, 要成百蚊粒

TinaWu, ingrid-mama & all,
我每晚都會問囡囡今日o係學校既情形, 例如老師今日教唱咩歌? 食乜o野茶點? 又或者坐校車既惰況, 茵茵(我囡囡)通常講親茶點實會搞o下笑, 之前講我知食"冬瓜", 依家又成日話食"條脷" 不過o尋晚我當講故事, 話佢知其實媽咪知佢整古我, 講完之後再問佢, 佢就答話食"餅乾", 都算愚子可教!

o尋晚茵茵教我唱首新歌:
盧副校長、盧副校長，妳在哪裡?
我在這裡、我在這裡，妳好嗎?

跟住茵茵又將歌詞裡面既「盧副校長」改為「葉老師」.

據我所知，佢地每逢運動堂都會唱『拍拍手呀點點頭，縮縮............』你試下問下你地囡囡，睇下會唔會做埋動作比你地睇，d動作都幾有趣嫁

今日個家長會我去唔到lu，事關我husband出左trip，冇人可以幫我睇住Ingrid，而我又唔係咁想同埋Ingrid去。

There are 2 kinds of "HOU CHO SAN", 1 is cheaper HKD9-10.00 per bottle only 10% HOU CHO and 90% the other Chinese Herbs, other is 100% HOU CHO, so the price also mark up 10times!!!  I try the other before, western medicine can control at the beginning, and afterward she need take that to clear!

I eager want to go, but

By the way, I have also given Eu Yan Sang's "Monkey Bezoar Powder" after she had finished the western medicine.  It is very expensive, as it costs $540 per 6 bottle (after less 10%).  I need to feed her 1 bottle per day, normally three days, that means three bottles.  Eu Yan Sang's "Bo Ying Compound" is also good for my daugther.
