Safari cried to die this morning....very poor girl! But after having injection to relief pain and took medicine, she felt better. The doctor said there is a " 火核" growing inside her neck and pressing " 神经线"! Not "瞓厲頸" wor!

Thanks Tim ma, Safari feels better today and can go to her summer courses today. Her "western" doctor said 火核= "lam ba 核"

and caused by virus....

...! Anyway, hope she get well asap!

you can try to cook a soup named " 地底老鼠", it is
effective to treat with lam ba 核, it is similar to 葛, cook
with pork.. ".

I cooked this soup before.....it is very useful if po po is not so smooth....

! But it is quite "ma fan" to prepare this soup. I liked to add 牛大力 & 土"服" ling.

Tim ma,
This formula is given by a chinese doctor. It can clean yr 消化系统 & 湿热毒"ma fan" because you should buy ""新鲜的材料 " and 地老鼠冲洗 15 mins ( remember put on glove when wash it)... and cook 3 hours.

#土服LING can treat 水肿 tim!
