According to the newspaper today, A girl who is studying in an international school in Kowloon City was raped by another student of the same school. Does anyone know what international in Kowloon City???

一名在國際學校就讀女生，疑在學校內遭兩名男同學強姦及非禮，兩名男生被捕。

被捕兩名男生年僅十四及十五歲，與十五歲受害女生互相認識，同是九龍城區一所國際學校學生，警方現正調查該宗校園風化案。

消息稱，歲晚假期期間，該三名男女 生返校參加活動，之後三人同在校內聊天，其間有人強拖女事主進入洗手間內施暴，同行男生亦伸手撫摸非禮女事主，事後三人各自離開學校。

假期返校活動時施暴

翌日，受害女生告知家人受辱之事，家人大為震驚，即時向校方投訴，校方向有關學生了解情況後，認為事態嚴重，報警調查。警方在本月十四日(即情人節)拘捕兩名涉案男生帶返警署扣查，並把受害女生送院檢驗，列強姦及非禮案處理。近年涉及學生的校園風化案屢見不鮮，大埔區一所小學十一歲小六男生，去年四月間被揭發，涉嫌半年內在學校實驗室，先後以手搣三名女同學臀部，因非禮罪名被捕，需接受警司警誡。

去年一月，大學校園亦曾發生風化案，屯門嶺南大學有兩名女生及一名女職員險被懷疑同一名色魔侵犯。疑人在十小時內先後潛入學生宿舍浴室和房間，企圖以「哥羅芳」迷暈兩女生，又潛入教學樓女廁，企圖侵犯一名女職員，色魔三次俱失手，但成功逃去。

如 2 月 14 日被捕，即案發日應為 2 月 14 日前。

但 2 月 14 日前已放 "歲晚假期" 嗎？

題外話，記者在日期後，加註 "即情人節" ，我覺得有 d 多餘。

Kowloon City theoretically covers Kowloon Tong, right!  If yes, it could include many many international schools, e.g. Yew Chung, Australia IS, American IS, Kingston and etc.

I've checked the calendar of CAIS and ICS but seems to me that there wasn't such planned activities before Chinese New Year.  In CAIS, Spirit Days (Secondary) ran from Feb 14 – 16.  Nothing was mentioned about CNY celebration.  In ICS, there was a CNY Celebration on Feb 9 but it was for Primary Section.  No similar activities were planned for the Secondary Section.  Both schools don't start CNY holiday till Feb 17 and so歲晚假期返校參加活動期間 doesn't apply.

ICS principle already clarified in the intranet that it is not ICS which related to this incident.
Many ICS parents inquired about this.

According to the search of Sing Tao - Education - school rearch : 1) there is no Kowloon Tong district; 2) only Kowloon City and the result as follows: -

The questions are:

i)That means Kowloon City covers Kowloon Tong
ii) Why the result does not show the school names of Kowloon Tong

Unless the school name is disclosed by official authorities, it's not fair to mention any school by the guess of everybody

I am not intended to question the reliability of the news quoted below.  However, I searched Hong Kong gov't news web http://www.news.gov.hk/tc/index.shtml I couldn't find anything.  So strange!
