是不是創憶學我去過,有學生即埸表現記憶力.
我己報在仔仔試驗班共3堂(HK$300)香港返,如覺得仔仔O.K.可能會在報.但要看時間是否O.K.

My son started the program for kid to recognize chinese words in Feb,  the course organized by "卓憶學", my son enjoy the course and he can easily pick up around 80 chinese word a month.   He likes to go there to play and learn.   I think it is quite good.

I read some books on 'memory' and I did attended the demo by 卓憶學.  My opinion is that they teach you the skill to memorize things and you need to enhance the skill by practicing.   I guess you may pick up some useful information in memorize by reading the book written by the head of卓憶學, Dr Yip.  The book is in Chinese,  white and bright orange color.

我個女上過試堂, 第三堂會叫家長早15分鐘上去聽個小朋友讀兩篇A4 size, 大大隻字的文章, 但文章內基本上有不少重複的生字。跟據亞囡所講, 每堂大約只教了3個生字左右。所以個人認為以此價錢及所付出的時間上這course, 實在並不time and cost effective。另外如果遇上所選日子, 比如說你選了每個星期一上堂, 而剛巧星期一是公眾假期, 此堂是不設補課的。即白白損失了$150, 實在不化算。個人認為除非一些家長實在太忙不能教導小朋友中文字, 而又希望小朋友多多少少都識多些字(只教認字,不教寫字), 又不介意每星期用三天, 每天1.5小時去上課的話, 可考慮試堂。老師說如覺得三天太多, 可考慮每星期上2天, 不過學費就只會跟每星期三天的安排相差$300而已。各位可以自行判斷是否值得。

They teach my son 8 new words each time.  1 week should be 24 chinese word and 1 month is around 100 new chinese word.  

My son has stopped the course since Sep to prepare for the primary 1 interview.  However,  he can still remember a lot of chinese word.  In fact,  I was surprized when he suddenly read quite a lot of new wordsfrom magazine or adv on the bus.   

In fact, you can borrow some books from the publich libraray if you want to know more  on memory skills.

I know the memory course for adults is around 5000 - 6000 for a few day courses and they will introduce you the memory skill and practice as a group.

非常多謝大家的寶貴! 還想問大家他們所學的生字是跟甚麼程度. 如果我個女已是小二, 很多日常生字已okay, 咁他們會教她那類字.

另外, "認知"課程又點? 看廣告, 他們好像教小朋友價值觀, 學習取向, 思想改造......請問有無bk家長試過? 謝謝!

My son attended the centre in Causeway Bay, near Lee Garden.  The course is intended for age 3 - 6,  I then realized they also accepted kids below 3.    You may check out whether they have the course for primary school children, Tel : 2915 0048.

In fact, the course material come from Chinese Book of Malaysia school, that's what I learn from the teacher.   They also ever mentioned you could specified what kinds of topic you want them to focus, like Chinese poems, Name of country, things like that.

After the chinese words ( there are 5 stages on basic course ), they shall start English.  They also teach some memory skill in the classs.

However,  I don't find my son pick up memory skill and he has stopped the course since Sep to focus on Primary 1 interview, besides, I found the other children in the centre are too young, comparatively.

I have not come across 認知課程 in this centre.

咁現在你囝囝幾大呀, 佢現在是否仍然keep住好表現？
佢改變了幾多呢？　是否不用再催促佢做功課及個人行為？
已經可以自動自覺去處理自已的事？上多幾時課程才見到效果呢？

Does your son complete the four courses?  Why you discontinue or only one course will be ok for your son? 是否仍然keep住好表現？
