自閉兒不說話

我的兒子已4歲2個月，他接收指令沒有問題，但不開口說話，這會否一世也不懂說話？
請指教

我之前睇過一份報告,如果冇記錯,大部份自閉症的兒童最遲會7歲前開始說話,如果你話你仔仔有理解能力及有發聲,即BB話甚至單字.相信他是有說話能力,但要耐心一點吧!

老師話要多d同佢係屋企training, 如給他喜歡的東西，一定要佢發聲，偶但佢通常都係" mum mum"咁叫。

我給他的指令是"掉垃圾去垃圾筒"，飲水，自已食飯, 飲湯，勾門、等等。

I think the training of yr teacher said is correct.  Do more training at home and need him to speak first, soemtimes will wait for a long time then will give him the thing he likes.

I agree big-head that you can use PECS. And for my own case, my son didn't talk when he was 2 and half, and his teacher told me that he might be speech delay and let him to test in health centre, after that we have a result , -- autism.
Then , we let him study in special kindergarden until now, and we always talk w/ him and also need him to use word, whatever single word or a sentense. example, he like to eat biscuit , he need to say a word, he wants to drink; he need to say "shui shui"and after few months later, he can try to say a simple words and he can express himself  now.
So, hope your son has an improvement later.

Where and when was your child diagnosed to have autism?  

Where is he receiving treatment now?

試給他口頭指示但不加身體語言/動作，看看他能否明白，曾有個小朋友到三歲也未說話，媽咪很遲才發現他是弱聽的，就是因為身體語言加上動作令她以為兒子聽得懂。

你去健康院找姑娘傾下,佢地可能會幫到你,我個仔都成4歲幾先肯開口說話,之前多說自己既太空話.

我兒2歲2個月證實了是自閉兒，同樣地所有檢查也做過了，現在他讀S位。

圖咭也有試過，但佢會自已拿想要的東西而不用圖咭

Hi,

My son said nothing in 11/2005 (2yr4mo) but his teacher told us that we have to repeat everything what he said.
The purpose is to draw his attention. He feels happy and listen to you because he thinks you and he have the 'same' language.
When you draw his attention, then teach him a single word one by one.
It works on my son. He can sing some songs now.

I friend of mine whose ASD child is now 6 y.o. has his first word just before 5 y.o.

I suggest that you give ABA a trial, say half a year. If it is of help, you should be seeing progress already.

Good Luck and don't give up!
