End march or early Apr will ask you to update the info, if they give u first round interview. And then around early May will send email to ask u for interview.
I hv a query, my kid was born in march 2012 currently studying k2, according to the online prospectus my child should be year 1 in 2018. How come I was told that my child should apply for preparatory in 2018?

I got email from AISHK that my son has pass the assessment but there is no place at the present time ,They will contact me when My son is at the top of the waiting list.I wonder that how long can get the offer and anyone can share the same experience?Thanks very much!
Just spoke to the school today and they said this year they will try to do the assessment much earlier for 2019 prep year, and that we should hear from them this Oct about the assessment. Sounds like the results would be released in or before Jan 18 and much earlier than other schools

That I'm not sure, I just know they have 2 x 20 in reception and for prep they will have 4 x 24 (if I remember right) so there will be extra 56 places. They will combine the reception and prep year wait lists and work out who's high enough on the list to have an assessment.

When did you apply? We applied in Jan this year for 2018 reception and didn't get a spot as we should have applied in 2016. We were told we were number 10 on the Oz/Kiwi boy waitlist (they have separate lists for boys and girls) Now we are on the waitlist for 2019 prep year and they told us they are assessing early now.
