How much is the holding fee now? My son did TT PN in year 2013 and all we need was to pay one month school fee in advance to hold the spot. There are always pros and cons in every school, so it depends on your child's personality, your expectations and your family status, to me, I wouldn't expect my kids to learn anything academic from PN, I just want them to go to a school that would help them like "schools" and want to learn and be happy. The good points for TT are: campus very clean; small class size; online live cameras ; many pictures of your child; teachers are very nice; 3 hrs class instead of 2 hrs (York PN class is 2 hrs); no misc. fees (uniforms, snacks included in the school fee. Good points for York: ur child will very likely get a spot of K1 ( if York is the kindergarten you want your child to go to, it relief a lot of stress when you know you have a secure K1 spot); the kids that go there r usually very happy; 2 hrs classes which can be advantage for some children because they can slowly get used to going to school. I am not sure about York, but for some schools I heard that if u turn down their offer they may not give you an offer later if you apply again. |
