就係因為係超大b，可能想group你地入special K，咁咪仲好，成班大b PN當K教，喺K班校舍上堂，學費跟上年。

My gal was born on 12 aug 13,and apply 15-16 pn too....

For PN class, suppose is for children age 2-3 years old. For March 2013 baby, by the time of 2015-2016 school start (around august) the baby will be 2year 5months (not a big b I would say) but for dec 12 baby, she/he will be 2 yrs 8 months which is more towards big b). The biggest b for 2015-2016 PN class would be oct 2012 (don't think they accept sept 2012 b for PN for 2015-16). So not always end of year is small b.

Also for Special K class, I was told its for small babies for K1 application? So their syllabus is slightly harder than PN but not as hard as K1, and then both Special K and PN children will do K1 the following year.
