You can try Korean International School. It won't break the bank and since it's not the first choice for most parents I think it should be easier to get into. It does not offer IB however.
There is a Korean section (following Korea's curriculum) and International section (following UK Cambridge curriculum). For the International section, there is no need to study Korean. Both Korean and Mandarin are offered as second language and students can choose one.
