两張cert combine 就是 2 sitting 啦!

大學是accept combine cert 的, 而且比 discount 添

I heard about the admission officer will discount 5-10% in combined results.

That means if my friend's son resists all subjects in DSE next year, he will not be deducted marks in DSE results for his 2nd attempt of one sitting.
