睇咗成晚, 真係有好多野要記要做, 於是我就做咗個summary提自己. 可以share比大家要註冊家長參考吓. 我係base on IK1資料做summary, 記住有錯就話番比我地知呀!!
Orientation & Seminar
12/5/12 (2-4pm)
- Bring along with the Education Voucher
Registration (at School Hall)
15/5/12 (9:30am-3pm): IK1 and K1(pm)
16/5/12 (9:30am-3pm): K1(am)
- Fill up all the forms on the registration booklet
- Cheque 1: address to “Sham Tsung Educational Services Company Limited” for textbooks & misc Ordering
- Cheque 2: address to “Sham Tsung Educational Services Company Limited” for summer uniform
- Cheque 3: address to “Tsung Tsin Primary School and Kindergarten Parent – Teacher Association” for school bus deposit (HK$200) (if necessary)
- Cheque 4: dated 1st August 2012 and address to “Tsung Tsin Primary School and Kindergarten” for the balance of September school fee (HK$1,550 for K1 and $1,970 for IK1). Please bring the original receipt of $550 which was paid last year. (The September subsidy will be returned by cheque on the 2nd Parents’ Day)
- School fee autopayment authorization letter (if applicable)
** Write the child’s name and class on the back of each cheque. Please issue separate cheques for different fees.

KG: 28/8/12 from 6:30pm-8:30pm
IKG: 29/8/12 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm
