我上星期六interview, reception已講明上午班已full左, 問我考不考慮下午班, 我話好, 然後今日收到封信話我已被列入後備, 叫我填form肯定繼續輪候, 但又話而家有下午班空位, 如果有興趣, 就交留位費, 咁即係總之肯交留位費就有得讀下午班? 係咪當日interview的人都到一樣的信?

我今日都收到信啦，內容同你講既一樣，不過我去interview嘅時候個reception冇同我講話上午班已滿。

i received the same letter today but i was not informed that the am class was full on the day of interview. i just wonder what children they have already been admitted. my son was born in July, are you mama's babies also not BIG babies??

indeed, i got a pm offer from Ming Wai. just wondering which one i should take. any advice??

My son interviewed in Oct & they offered pm class too, reception also told me I can line up for am class but chance is little. Yet, it is ok la, I will take pm class and apply am again in K1 here or in other kindergartens.

For Ming Wai & Man Seng, I prefer Man Seng more.

11月收通知的
果批收信的大多是收上午/全日
至於第二批是11月底收信的
大多是收到一封am後備信
再附上下午班申請信
又係話如交留位費就可以讀pm云云……

我都見到之前有人講已收到北角民生offer, 佢地係十一月in的, 應該係大仔, 我o個個係細仔, 十二月先in, in o個日個reception叫我揀讀上午/下午, 因上午已full晒, 問我pm考唔考慮, 我咪話ok lor.

我諗係佢一開始已in左d大仔, 剩番d位咪in我地細仔lor, 但in o個日都好多人下, 唔通個個都係呢封信-收下午班?

頭先打去confirm, 佢話真係收左讀下午班, 我諗我都會讀呢間, 因為睇到好多comments都好好, 同埋又係兩文三語, 唯有試下改bb的睡眠時間la...

Last year I gave up Ming Wai, Creative and Methodist Church's offer and chose Man Sang.  My girl studies happily at Man Sang and has learnt pretty good there.  I believe I've made the right choice.

hello BBQQmomi, in fact I'd apply some dragon kindergartens and still waiting for the result.  I'll change to dragon school if got admitted.  However, if you will let your child to study a government subsidized primary school through the lucky draw, it's a good choice to keep your child at Man Sang until K3.

And 你點解覺得民生咁好呢?係邊方面好呢? 我問o個度老師, 佢話每天會有1.5hrs廣東話, 1.5hrs英文, 一個星期有兩堂普通話, 咁多語言會唔會令小朋友confused呢?

Like or dislike is a very subjective feeling.  Don't understate the kid's ability.  They learn pretty fast. If you believe 兩文三語 will confuse the kids, you can choose those kindergarten with only one or two English lessons a week.  

Nowadays, it's not easy to get into a famous and popular private or 直資primary school.  The competition is very keen to get in.  Based on the existing circumstances, the curriculum of Man Sang may not be harsh enough.  However, Man Sang is a happy school with pretty good exposure to different languages.

其實如果諗住一心會大抽獎，讀邊間幼稚園嘅機會係一樣，如果唔介意要比學費，北角民生都係一間唔錯嘅學校，對比起其他有名又難入嘅幼稚園，佢地亦投放左好多資源，都唔會差好多，並唔係咁多幼稚園可以安排到每一日有1.5hr英文，有時仲會單對單同英文老師上堂同做評估，我阿女呢座大冰山經過左2.5個月後都已經被溶化啦，每日返學由上樓梯開始已經feel 到佢係好開心呢！
