請問KCIS 開始出interview信未？大約幾時開始岀信？多多指教。多謝！

If you are eligible for interview, they will notify you by calling you personally and may ask you to choose a date/time. That's what happened to my kids. If you apply for Kindergarten class this year, I guess they are grouping the applicants for interviews in priority. My younger son will be interviewed in early Nov.

未咁快, 應該出年一、二月先正式IN, 有priority 既就今年年尾

Yes, I got their call. Luckily, his interview for KCIS is earlier than other schools. I guess my son is early because of his silbling is currently in KCIS

老公個細佬係外國結婚, 全家都要去

請問係唔係得一日IN? 會唔會可以轉時間?
日日都好擔心

I do not know the interview for Kindergarten Class in 2011. For Reception class 2011, there were 3X interviewees for 5 spots and the interview span two days (two morning sessions and two afternoon sessions, so roughly 8 candidates per interview session).

I think four Kindergarten classes can accommodate a max of 96 students. My wild guess is that the interviews might take up over 20 days.

Mistake from my previous reply, it should be

I do not know the interview for Kindergarten Class in 2011. For Reception class 2011, there were 3X interviewees for 12 spots and the interview span two days (two morning sessions and two afternoon sessions, so roughly 8 candidates per interview session).

I think four Kindergarten classes can accommodate a max of 96 students. My wild guess is that the interviews might take 16 days for a total of around 250 applicants.

Ans: Group interview for kindergarten and reception class. For P1 onwards, one-on-one

Ans: Yes for kindergarten and reception class

In 完Priority Group 係咪會出咗offer 先，有位先in 埋其他applicants 呢？
Ans: I do not know. In the interviews for reception class and P1 conducted early this year, they chose applicants based on abilities. Priority is only for getting into the interview stage.
