IB is a international standard test for a student......

Is it fully recognised by the universities in Hong Kong?

I also learnt that CKY only join IB in Form 6 and 7 but not in Primary school.  Is it correct?

真道只會做IBD，而且是08年才申請。PYP與MYP不會在基階和拓階實施。

唔該sai! 另外我知真道課程唔簡單.

不用客氣。我很少進來這一頁，剛好隨便逛逛。其實現在很多學校的課程都比以前進步，跨科學習，靈活充實。新一代孩子們多屬聰明一類，會學得很快。

據我所知，除了某些國際學校又或者是Creative, Shanghai Victoria...是提供小學IB，即是PYP & MYP以外，其它所提及的學校祇計劃參與預科班的IBD。某些直資更於近期決定放棄參與，所以要清楚了解詳情，最好向學校求證。

I made a search for schools 'IB World Schools' approved to offer IB PYP programme in HK and there are only six schools (incl. kindergarten programmes).  Pls see link below -

Time the lunch time to walk through BK.

I know Victoria Primary School got IB already coz one of my colleagues' girl is now studying there.  As per my colleague's info, 2 of Victoria Kindergartens also got IB.

Up to now, only one at Belcher is IB school.  Homantin branch is IB candidate school.  VSA offers IB curriculum from K1 to pre-university.  You can visit the website.

蘇浙小學(國際部)今年起行IB,其實一心打算去外國升學,IB一定是好選擇，但如果在香港讀大學，你就要考慮下，因為讀IB的學生不屬於大學聯招部份，This mean 你要與全世界學生(包括國內學生)爭每間大學的20-30%學位。

無錯,如經IB,即非聯招(non-jupas),你要與全世界學生(包括國內學生)爭每間大學的20-30%學位。但試想想,全世界有幾多學生會"爭"香港的大學?除了國內以外,我想不多(sorry講句,香港的大學未到世界級,雖然他們不斷宣傳他們有幾世界級).到現在為止,我覺得一定多不過考A-Level的學生 .以我所認識的朋友當中,在香港讀中學(大部分都是International school)而升香港的大學的都可以有很好的選擇(只是大部分都激死老豆亞媽,因為他們讀IS,都是想去外國大學,他們最後揀香港,他們老豆亞媽唯有嘆一句說:"咪省我錢lo!!")
