Thanks a lot. which year group your DD goes to? Can you share the entrance exam, take in HK. Is it very hard. As I know for grammar school, their entrance exam is quite difficult in order to get good candidate.

I am looking for state boarding school for my DD as well. For three short term break only ten days taken place at Oct. Feb. and May. Crankbrook is in Kent?? You can find guardian company like Crown, White House or Quest to find Host Family for yr DD near this area.

Thanks for your info.

My daughter was in-year application, she took the entrance exam and boarding suitability interview from 10am to 2pm at the school. Included lunch provided by the school.

According to their admission policy, all boarding candidates must pass their entrance test and where more than one student passes, the boarding place will be offered to the student who achieves the highest score in the entrance test.

DD將入讀, 即係出年2015?
你要搵half term home stay, 即是guardian? 或只是home stay family? 她已年過18?

準備下月插班入讀Y10 boarding, 已有guardian但住得遠，長假返港，team break 想住附近homestay 而已

唔駛經agent 的，自己send email 去申請同跟進，因為小女在今年4月才申請9月入讀，已是late application, 直至9月中才通知有位，要做entrance exam and boarding suitability interview. 10月插班入讀。所以如果你有心儀學校，一定要盡早申請，現在是申請2015年9月的入學時間。
