What you can do is ring up and find out which school still have vacancies. I am in kinda the same situation and I've just got an offer at a Kowloon Tong kinder AM section. I think most parents have at least 2-3 offers so there're bound to be some spaces. Unfortunately I doubt any of the cheap and good ones will be available. It all depends on your luck.
