please share how interview is conducted.  Are all Victoria Kindergarten students accepted?

No, not all Victoria Kindergarten students are accepted.

For students at Victoria Kindergarten the application process is in around Feb or March when the child is in K2.  There is a letter sent home asking if your child is interested in applying for K2.  There is an interview for the children that takes place at VSA and is in groups.  Shortly after the interview (2-3 weeks) there is a ltter which will tell you that you child was accepted for a P1 spot or is on the waiting list.

There were definitely lots of students that were on the waiting list at this stage.  However, there will be places that free up after the local school selection process in K3.  I've been told by the VSA staff that basically most students who really want to go to VSA will get in at some point (may not be first round but can be later).

Bear in mind that once accepted the offer, it requires to pay for 2 months school fee as for seat reservation. And this year is expected to have around 4% in school fee increment. So, the monthly school fee around HKD $8,5XX.

The school fee as compared to ISF is much cheaper and also VSA does not require to pay for debenture as compared with other IS.
