I do not think this is very important.  Many school will not take this seriously   Of course if the school said you have some 特異工能 then this is a different story.

通常眾多豬肉獎入面明顯有幾個獎係學業獎，攞得果幾個獎就自心中有數啦。

我仔那間都話只寫一封, 仲話要知道邊間學校, 佢地會直接比校長, 我地睇都冇得睇, 寫成點or有冇寫都唔知...

其實好多學校限定 portfolio 頁數，太行貨的 reference letter 你可能會嫌阻定，唔想擺落去

i don't think it is a must. the child's performance in the interview counts more.

有考試咪有囉
不過老師唔會分名次，只係頭4名一個獎，5-8就勤學獎，因為k1老師明示阿仔爭d乜所以攞唔到優異獎，所以我地知道勤學獎係5-8名囉~

最幣阿仔個間咩都唔講，連同老師溝通都話要寫紙條，因為老師好多小朋友要睇，唔得閒

無咩實際用途,反而成績表重要好多,如果欏學業成績/品學優異果D,應該會有好處架

另外,好多學校,尤其是1st in,有自己的一套評估標準,所以都系面試最重要呀!

除了校長信外，有冇人放其他信在portfolio內，例如家長自己寫的信，或神父牧師信？
另外，是否只有直資或私校收portfolio？

Kentville 不寫 / 沒有推薦信的。

Kentville issues certificates of "1st place in class" (no similar certificate for 2nd and subsequent places). Quite useful in P.1 applications according to some parents.
