Yes. I called them to make sure they are consistent with what the office said. And no limit at all.
But don't make it too long!

When I submitted the application forms, I found the 'thickness' of the portfolios are not that thin.....

(VI)申請人/父/母之基督教領洗紙副本

一定要"聖公會"所發出的嗎? 還是其他宗派如"浸信會"、"宣道會"等等發出的領洗紙都可以呢?

Not limited to 聖公會, as long as it is Christian it is accepted.

Did the Principal say that religion mark is not important?
If so, why is proof required?

I recall some parents also mention that address proof is also required.
Is applicant's address a relevant factor for admission?

Hi - We moved back to HK from the US not too long ago, so still trying to familiarize with HK's P1 application process.  Anyway, I submitted the application form to St. Paul's just this morning, and realized I did something very stupid - in the portfolio, I did not include my daughter's K2 school report.  If I bring it with me for the first interview and have them insert into my daughter's file then, will that have a negative impact on her application?

Does your kid know Chinese?  St Paul's headmistress always emphasises that it is a Chinese primary school.

Yes, we do know Cantonese, so hopefully not too much of a problem.  I try not to write Chinese in this forum, as it will take me too long

The Chinese standard of SPC is really high.  They use materials from Mainland.
