U get Cert from doctor then call HK exam authority, can get other date or get back exam fee voucher for application next year

我朋友個囡上年就係咁, 要填張form, 申請補考或退錢, 但好似要醫生證明.
最好打電話到考試局問.

如果明年再考, 已浪費了1年的時間, 可否考高一級補錢呢?

佢本來係報去年8-11月, 佢個期9月考, 等到11月都無期. 最近收到消息話5月可以補考

Exam fee voucher should be used according to the same candidate's name, whether u can swab to higher level should better ask authority officer.

If need to remain same grade, suggest u prepare another higher grade this year, take BOTH exam together next year.
