我想問學卷制是不是不適用於幼兒園 , 如果小兒明年Ｓep 2010 才入讀幼稚園, 可否申請呢 ? 看到政府show了一些可以申請入讀的學校，請問是不是沒有入息上限呢？

唔係每一間學校都有學巻制,
學校自己本身都會有說明是否有學巻.

學巻適用於幼稚園的幼兒班,低班,高班,
(2歲)學前預備班係不適用.

今年2009年申請的學巻,
係for2006年12月31日或以前出生的小朋友.

2010年入讀幼稚園,應該會係明年才申請.

學巻應係沒有入息上限.

It's for K1 and onwards.  For students to admin K1 this 2009, parents have to apply by this May.  

In your case, you don't need to apply at that time.

Some KG don't receive school voucher because they are profit-making.  You don't need to state the family income by any means (surely, rich parents usually don't care the few thousand dollars...)

我兒明年9月才入k1, 那我是不是要今年五月前申請 ?我未choice定幼稚園, 而且都未interview. 請問是不是可以先申請 ? 到時幼稚園有就可以用呢 . 是不是呢???

2.	申請資格 (2009/10)
2009/10學年學券計劃的申請資格
2.1	申請學童必須
	(a)	是香港居民，擁有香港居留權、入境權或不附帶任何逗留條件(逗留期限除外)的有效香港居留許可；及
	(b)	於2006年12月31日或之前出生，並將會在2009/10學年就讀幼稚園。學童若在2007年1月1日或之後出生，則不合符資格申請參加2009/10年度學券計劃。
