We have been on the waiting list year after year and took the exams repeatedly ...

Thank you for your sharing … this is very upsetting indeed.  Passed the assessments but never get a place …
I wonder why the school continues to recruit when there is in fact no study place available.

We have been on the waiting list year after year and took the exams repeatedly, but the response was always that there are many people still on the waiting list, with seemingly no progress. Based on some other information we analyzed, we believe Kellett has strong preferences regarding ethnicity, not just nationality. If you have an Asian appearance, especially Hong Kong or Chinese nationality, applying for admission before senior school is almost hopeless.If you want to attend this school, there might be a chance in senior school because many foreigners have returned to their home countries and they will be expanding enrollment at the A-LEVEL stage.

No, basically they replied the waitlist for Y8 didn't move at all. I can choose to rollover my application for Y9.

Becoz the deadline of withdrawal of next academic year is March. Any withdrawal after March will need to pay for the tuition fee for Term 1 of next academic year.

YES!Every year, a new exam must be taken, and the exam results are only valid for one year. However, there is no need to pay the fee again.

Your child needs to take a new exam for next year even passed the previous assessment?

We took the exam and passed, but there have been no available spots. There are at least dozens of people on the waiting list. Rolling over to the next year's application does not require an additional fee, but a new exam is required.
