My kid’s classmate. So I asked the mom for help when I got passed the video round. She gave me a rundown of what to expect. Think we did the best we could’ve and hit all points I wanted to highlight, but no one knows what the interviewer is looking for.

According to a winner last year. This weekend shortlist to 100, which needs further reduction to 50 for the camp. But she also said the interview last year was closer to 10 minutes (this year is more like 2 minutes?), so maybe there were a few changes.
Now that I think about it, maybe her kid got 10 minutes because he was good =D… =______=
