May I ask what month your child was born? I have heard that the waitlist is also based on priorty, hence children born and registered earlier has a higher chance. Our child is a " small baby " born towards the summer..

GSIS大部分都係有priority先入到，之後會收FP，Non-FP 會排到最後先有機會in，所以機會好細

Foreign passports (besides Swiss, German and Austria) are not at very high priority as in other IS since gsis doesn’t lack FP generally (maybe exception during covid years).
