The format of the assessment should be the same as year 4-6. According to my daughter, the assessment was more slightly more difficult than uk11+ papers.
There was no interview for year 7.

Target on Y7, there are more spots and relatively higher chance to pass than primary, although the waiting list is still long.

May I ask what the assessment content was? We had an assessment 2 years ago (for year 4), consisting of English writing task and maths. But we did not pass it.
What do you think of the level of difficulty of the English and math test?

What questions did they ask in the interview?

It means that your child is on waiting list, as some students may not accept the offer.

Anyone got letter from GSIS? It says “Until we have a clearer picture of the numbers leaving from our own Year 6 classes, XXX's file will be part of a group on our shortlist for any places, as they become available.” Does it mean my kid is on waiting list? Or it’s just a polite way of rejection?
