We were absolutely delighted with the outstanding results achieved by Canfordians sitting A Level and Pre-U examinations this summer, with 40.9% of all grades awarded A*, 75.1% A*/A and 92.6% A*/B.  Nationally, 14.5% of all grades awarded were A* and 35.9% A*/A, while in the Independent Schools sector overall, the average was 28.7% for A* and 58% for A*/A.

Just as for our Sixth Form, we were so proud of all our pupils for their excellent performances at GCSE.  33.6% of all Canford grades were awarded the very highest grade 9, compared to the national average of 6.6%, while 58.5% of all grades were 9-8 (A*) compared to the national average of 15.1%. 79.4% of all grades awarded to Canfordians were 9-7 (A*-A), compared with a national overall figure of 26.3% and 53% in independent schools on average. 99.7% of Canford GCSEs were graded 9-4 (A*-C) compared with 73% nationally and 92.5% in independent schools.

Day and Boarding options

College offers both Day and Boarding options for boys and girls from the ages of 13-18.

Our House structure, school life and routines have been developed so that all of our pupils can play a full part in life at College. We have 11 Houses at College, including two dedicated Day Houses. In all other Houses, a maximum of 25% of any Year group in a House may be Day Boarders, so that we retain our rich and vibrant full boarding ethos in the evenings and at weekends. All of the college Houses are located around the perimeter of the campus.

咁你應該只可以報2023年9月讀y10，你都係網友提過嗰啲學校，逐間電郵問仲考唔考慮收生，如果你小朋友係名校成績又好，不妨晌電郵入面提，附件最近嘅成績表，最好呢一兩日send晒佢，好快又mid term break，想提高機會的話，諗吓single sex都會唔會試報

其實樓主一路都唔答係去升讀year 幾，大家俾咩意見都係假，講真入讀唔同year 有不同考慮因素。

運動好唔好確實同融入冇直接關係。

不過肯參與運動，唔會下下都唔玩唔試，又肯定會有助融入。（碌唔碌低唔係重點，手腳唔協調都冇問題嘅，最緊要係肯參與）。

至於個別學校是否合適，其實係有分別嘅。當然大部分好嘅英國寄宿學校都非常重視全人教育，所以冇話有人係完全唔啱嘅。但係例如Wellington呢類超強運動型學校，一個運動型學生會更適合。一個冇咁運動型嘅，當然可能都冇問題，但係事實上唔係最適合，佢去一間唔使專登就佢玩啲冇咁刺激運動嘅咪更啱囉。就算佢係Wellington College開心，唔代表佢去間更着重音樂冇咁着重運動嘅學校唔會更開心。

所以我個人認為，research學校，要連學校係咩類型都考慮埋，配合性格就更加如魚得水（雖然唔配合唔代表一定讀得唔開心）。

怕他we ...

如果你著眼點係傳統英式寄宿體驗，咁Caterham何只差，直頭唔合格喇。寄宿人數都唔夠兩成，仲包weekly/flexi boarders。而且Caterham東方人比例奇高，所以宿生都多數係東方人，咁又點會有英式寄宿體驗呢？
