（轉校）有冇人成功申請退返未用嘅 IHS?

俾咗4年IHS， 讀咗1年就轉校，轉校又從新再申請student visa &俾 IHS.

有冇人成功退到錢可以分享下？  Thanks.

Refunds

You’ll get a full immigration health surcharge (IHS) refund if:

• you paid twice
• your visa application is refused
• you withdraw your visa application
  
  

You’ll get a partial IHS refund if your visa application’s successful but:

• you get less time on your visa than you asked for
• any dependants on your visa application are refused
  
  

If you are due a full or partial refund for these reasons, you do not have to do anything to get it. It will be automatically paid to the account or card you paid with.

You will not get a refund if:

• your visa application is successful but you do not come to the UK
• you leave the UK before your visa ends, for example, to make a new application
• you’re told to leave the UK before your visa expires
• you’re applying for indefinite leave to remain

Thank you for contacting UK Visas and Immigration International Contact Centre.

If she is changing university she needs to re-apply for a new visa application as this will require new CAS number.


When you will not get a refund You will not get a refund of the application fee if:

• your visa application is unsuccessful
• you are granted leave, for example you get a visa or indefinite leave to remain
• you have a visa and do not use it to travel to the UK
• you leave the UK before your visa expires (you will also not get a refund of the immigration health surcharge)

Immigration Healthcare Surcharge (IHS)
If you apply for your new Student visa from outside the UK you will not receive a refund for any money you previously paid for the IHS as part of your Student visa application. You will have to pay this again for your new visa. This is the case even if you have no option of applying in the UK.

If you apply in the UK you should receive a partial refund for your previous IHS payment. You should be refunded for any overlapping period of time on your visas of more than 6 months. You will however still need to pay the new IHS in full when you make your new visa application, and will only receive a refund for the previous one within 6 weeks of getting a decision on your visa application.
