there is not a real "cutoff" per se.the way it is calculated is to add up the scores of the following 3 parts
1. interview score
2. ISAT score
3. public exam score (converted from HKDSE to VCE equivalent)
there is a bare minimum for public exam score. please check this link: https://www.monash.edu/medicine/som/direct-entry/international
For 2019, you need at least 5 subjects with 5 or above.
then you have ISAT, if your ISAT score + public exam scores combined are fine, they will then invite you for an interview. For reference, my ISAT %tile is 93%tile I think. Most of my friends who got in are >85%tile, but again, if you have a perfect interview score and public exam score, I have seen 63%tile getting into the course as well.
