小朋友單獨用bno Visa 入境英國讀寄宿學校

請問小朋友13歲有bno Visa， 有私立寄宿學校offer, 今年九月可否自己入境英國, 是否不用申請student Visa?

批出日子後的五年內,當然先生可以四年11個月先過去,到時需續期(因住唔夠日子申請永居), 但我相信home office唔會批,因為根本冇心取永居。

我建議只想子女移居,就等佢18歲先做。若先生想在港搵多幾年錢,唔過去住, 就到時才一家申請。BNO visa係新計劃, 冇人知到時續唔續到期, home office有權唔批。

大學畢業之後用其他途徑留低囉，不過就唔可以申請埋父母去

父母冇bno ,仔女當然不可以申請bno visa

正常18歲以下小朋友，要跟父母一起申請BNO Visa，申請過程要填父母資料，如果有特別情況，可以個別處理，但應該要詳細解釋。
不過這些個別例子，最好跟UKVI溝通清楚，以免影響Visa批核。

不夠18歲一定要父母同時申請BNO visa, 因監護權兩者同時擁有,但入境就不用同時間, visa expire之前就得。

這樣申請會否拖慢申請進度，如果加埋丈夫一起申請，他最後都唔符合入境限制！

我都有睇過呢段guidelines, 我都覺得孩子夠18歲+住夠五年，便可以成功申請settlement, 但我擔心自己理解錯誤，所以email去UKVI問，唔明白UKVI職員點解不能確認?

所以我有啲擔心自己情況影響咗亞仔申請永久居留，亦擔心亞仔讀大學要比國際學費

Home office under BN(O) route settlement 係咁寫：

Relationship requirement for applicants aged 18 or over who are not adult dependent relatives
Where an applicant is aged 18 or over on the date of application, and their most recent permission was not as an adult dependent relative on the Hong Kong BN(O) route, the applicant does not need to meet a relationship requirement in order to apply for settlement.

The applicant must have last been granted permission on the Hong Kong BN(O) route. The applicant does not need to apply for settlement at the same time as (or after) the BN(O) status holder; they may apply regardless of whether the BN(O) status holder has applied for settlement. Partners will not need to demonstrate that their relationship with the BN(O) status holder is subsisting on the date of application.

Applicants who are aged under 18 on the date of application or who are adult dependent relatives must meet the relationship requirements set out below.

其實strictly speaking 佢係無講過一定批，不過任何case都無話一定批。只可以話如果會考慮埋父母status，佢話唔洗一齊申請甚至唔洗prove relationship係咪有d自相矛盾？

我自己諗，如果BNO Visa Child Dependent一夠18歲便可以申請永久居留，會唔會好多父母就放低啲仔女喺英國讀公立學校，讀夠18歲 住滿五年就申請永久居留，入大學便比本地人學費，英國政府究竟會否容許這樣？

還是18歲已經夠獨立，申請永居時只睇佢自己情況，父母情況唔影響佢？呢樣嘢一直都好似不確定

嚟緊10月，18歲的bno visa申請人，就算自己冇BNO，只要父母有BNO，父母唔申請，下一代也有機會攞到BNO Visa，呢個情況有啲唔同，因為佢申請Visa嗰一刻，已經係main applicant

18歲以上申請settlement 可以獨立申請，不需要跟父母一起申 ...

另外，要申請入籍，除永居後住多一年，提出申請歸化日的前 5 年身處英國要沒有離開英國超過 450 日及提出申請當日前 12 個月沒有離開英國超過 90 日。
