i dunno the exact numbers as I havent done a questionnaire on that, but I am pretty certain at least over 15-20 are in those schools PER YEAR. The school wont do a statistics on that, because that's never what the school thinks is important. The most important thing is each girl in MSS will grow and blossom, just in a different way.
US and UK unis are always more popular and those that I named are just SOME of them, and I haven't yet mentioned those in Canada and Australia.
The thing is, many families in MSS are pretty well off, sparing over HK300k a year to study abroad is not a problem for many.
There are students going for international schools but thats not the majority, rather the minority of those leaving the school. The majority of those leaving are really leaving the city and went abroad. Coz the thing is, if you are financially sufficient, why not go directly to the country u aim at pursuing her studies to start early? If they go for international schools, those are HKIS, GSIS, CIS, Li Po Chun and some to island schools in ESF which are very good IS in HK. The families have good networks and are rich, and the reason they stay maybe because their girls don't want to leave yet, or their families wish to spend more time with their children.
