Local band1 school 成績中上但讀得唔開心

有無過來人？可以比意見嗎？

考插班先定等打好中文底，等到五年級先轉？

小朋友小三，學校課程沉悶，老師要求高，課堂內容常重複，大班教學，成績中上，但性格活潑愛發問，老師覺得佢鐘意問問題唔乖，人越大性格越來越出，禁都禁唔到，明知佢咁落去local應該無運行，想幫佢轉國際學校。

機會大d，但亦唔係名校或女校獨有的問題。亦見過有d女仔讀得如魚得水的。
睇人的性情和能力，亦睇運氣。成績唔錯、性格開朗和運動亦唔錯的女仔，一般係過得開心d。

I am super super super lucky that my son got admitted to Y7 at STC and I have no priority and did not buy the normination.  只係抱住點都博一博KE 心態, 真係唔博唔知時運高

If talking about recent years, applying without priorities for KGV and SC year 7 seems impossible. My friend who has siblings priority was told by Shatin junior and SC that the chance of getting in year 7 is almost not possible . She is in local p3 2019/2020. of course not possible to get in Shatin junior too.

通常 IS 數學也有 streaming.

始終考下公開試係有用的經驗，測試下實力，個心態唔同校內試或評估。調節自己準備考IBDP，個人覺得好處不少。

依家香港立立亂應該好多人嚇走左，國際學校應該位多左

諗左兩個月，我決定出手了，即刻去各大IS排插班，暑假過了一半，去左幾個暑期課程後，見到我小朋友一去傳統的教學方式學習就變臉，成個人無生氣，我倆已比枯燥的教學方式悶得透不到氣！

再去了兩個學得快、教得深入的活動教學暑期班，出奇地學得好快又開心，睇黎我要盡快救佢出火坑，同LS講bye bye了！

多謝大家的意見！小朋友的學習動機永遠都係排第一！

我同樓主你想法都一樣... 阿女讀緊傳統女校，成績係唔錯。但佢成日都話上堂好悶，同埋佢中文麻麻，但英文又未見得去到人地native speaker 個level ( 因為我們家裡都是用廣東話溝通）.. 我而家都諗係咪應該同佢排定國際學校..
