今日收到Anfield pm offer. 但心儀am 唔考慮pm. 學校建議我照交留位費然後排am waiting. 但留位費都要$16500. 如果到時真係排唔到我咪曬左$16500. 有冇人知anfield am waiting 難唔難排到？謝謝

所以唔會退，但最後兩個月唔洗交學費

You should get it back as long as you give them 2 ...

But i read the debenture is now non refundable and non transferable. Policy changed?
