請教加拿大籍回流讀書手續

我兒子在香港出世，現在13歲，但他有加拿大籍，現想兩年後送他回加拿大多倫多Markham區讀11一班，我會交國際學生費用，因為我已回流香港工作，不想交加拿大稅，如果兒子到加拿大讀書，他會在我哥哥的家裹。請問我應何時及怎様著手呢？

markham belongs to York Region.  if you apply your son as international student , you just go to their website and submit application , roughly at the beginning of the first term prior to his year of entry.

note that for international student applications, the board may not let you apply any school you like, they may assign a school according to their own availability, and facilities catering the need of international students. some board would accept your indication of preference but take it as reference
