Well there is really no point of getting that personal.
Tobebe’s kid did study in MS till K3 but that is not the point. She is entitled to voicing out her opinion.
As a MS parent, you are also welcome to share your opposite views (which you did and it is highly appreciated that you have shared a lot of insights). Noting each family’s experience can vary even for the same period in the same school. It would be good if you can refrain from getting that personal and accusing her of making up stories...

It’s easily understandable as Tobebee has a few kids, one studied in MS for 3 years, and the other might be once in MS and then transferred to another school. 大文豪點作都得, 還有一批同伴,共商作文技巧!
My point is that high retention rate reflects how well the school and principal treat the teachers. 正如一間穩健的公司員工的 turnover rate都不會太大. In our school, many teachers have been working here since start up. The principal trains them and treats them well and their experience and quality 會有保證 and you can feel that they really enjoy their job and love the kids. Even the class teachers don't follow the students' way up from PN to K3, they can recognize the kids from different classes. It's a small school and they would just feel the school like home, both teachers and students.
Am not a user of MS. Neither do I know anyone studying there. So I am not in a position and am not going to comment on MS.
However, if my memory serves me right, tobebee sent her kid to my daughter's school and our school's teacher turnover rate is really low. Bear in mind at least half of our teachers (including the principal) are NET (間學校行雙班主任制). According to the Principal, their teachers' retention rate can achieve 99.x%. I believe not many other kindies (including those famous ones) can achieve that. I reckon this is also one of the many selling points of our school.
