Thanks God. We got offers from both school. Both schools are similar, traditional girl's school which suits my daughter. The only thing is that I prefer an English primary school, but St Paul's Catholic ranks higher.
We have decided to choose st paul cat. I can supplement my girl with English, whereas I cannot provide the hardware which the school can provide. I feel very comfortable about this decision.

Thanks all for your view. Giving up either one is a heart-pain.
Studying in Chai Wan for a year is ...
I read from ek that the building project may likely delay for at least one more year, that means your girl may need to stay in Chai Wan at least for 2 years.
The campus in Chai Wan is quite good. It's not as modern as other new schools but it is tidy and the space is enough for a primary school though it does not have its own sports playground. The environment there is also nice although some people may not like the location.
staying in Chai Wan for a while is not a problem for us. In fact, I quite like the campus in Chai Wan. It is spacious and comfortable. SC's campus is small anyway.
I guess in that case the girl has a younger sister so SF guarantee a spot for her sister. Therefore every case is different. Btw, you better assume SP will stay in Chai Wan til 2020 instead of 2019 , in case the completion date of the project delays.
It is a very hard decision for me. I like St. Paul Catholic needless to say. Having said so, there are not many English primary schools now in HK. It is hard to replicate an English environment because English is almost non-existent in our everyday life, to strengthen needs a lot of effort. I don't want to miss out the golden language learning time.
Hi Elbar,
In your previous reply to St Clare's versus St. Francis, you vote for St Clare. haha.
But in my case, you vote for St Paul. Why this is so gei?
