SFA升中派位如何？

請問男學生升中派位理想嗎？要全級考第幾名才升中派位理想？多男學生由P.1 讀到P6嗎？

that's why I was kinda puzzled about the comment made by some TSL parents that it's OK for a large number of TSL students to give up the early bird offers from DBS and go for LS/QC, etc.  At least this is not the case for SFA and APS.

同意樓上, 校長擔心影響之後的師弟入學.

據聞級頭三十左右已經有大機會入DB

不過, DB好似太自由, 學生真係要自律性好高

if boys from SFA really wanna get into DB, they can still ask the principal's referral.  but, what I heard is, if DB accept, you MUST take the offer.. but not just putting DB as 2nd choice.

as some brighter ones heard of this rule... they decided not to ask the principal's referral.

Each top boys' school may have its own preferred primary school other than its own feeder school for some reasons.

just my own guess -

DBS - APS (excellence in music training)
LSC - BSTWLMC (academic + soccer team)
SJC - SFA (english primary school + principal referral)

SFA 通常都收男仔多女仔一倍或以上。但亦有見過一兩屆男女收生相若。

灣仔嗰間係聖若瑟書院，東九龍嗰間係聖若瑟英文中學，仲有一間喺青衣島嘅明愛聖若瑟中學，冇一間名為聖若瑟英文書院。

好奇一問，SFA小一收生是男女各一半嗎？為何小6升中男仔明顯多過女仔好多？另外，出色的男仔都 prefer SJ over 近好多嘅LS? 我係阿媽都好難想像要個仔選遠棄近
