I agree with you too.

And i don't really agree that only VIPs or siblings can get into cwb, i have friends who are neither of them and they are accepted to cwb.  

their chances are pretty much the same, as quoted from this news article as well:

art plus is run by the same family, and the chief principal of victoria had asked parents to send them to art plus too if they dun live near kornhill, so i do believe art plus and vic pg have the same standing.

Victoria used to have playgroups in other campuses and now Kornhill is the only one left.  i believe that art plus will eventually do all the work of playgroup and the playgroup in kornhill may eventually be closed as well.

I think if you target at CWB/ HH, Artplus stands a much better chance.

yes, art plus has more students than VIC PG for sure.

if you are talking about chances, i think both stand the same chance.

i see many children in VIC PG are taken into the LK or MK campuses and there are also a lot of Art Plus students in the PN class across their nine campuses.

Yes , 2 teacher in the class throughout the day plus the pth teacher will join when teaching pth

我有朋友讀2016-2017CWB PN講， 同學大部份都係ARTPLUS， 反而VIC PG 唔多

好多人K1會再去考龍校 or K2 入 IS，所以好大機會可以K1再傳自己最心儀嘅campus

因為我嗰班都有一半至1/3 waiting list .... 而PN 有offer 大多是中康或下康... ...

班入面有幾位小朋友都有哥哥姐姐在CWB就讀或曾讀，所以他們也順利成張去了CWB PN.其他家長沒有關係和sibling的一般也不會報CWB,因為機會很微。如果報兩間也是超熱門的，真的很大機會不收！如果真的想去CWB, 家長會先去其他campus然後一年後transfer，機會大點。
其實我發覺康怡playgroup很多小朋友也是住在港島東，所以他們也會選擇中康和下康，方便上學。
