I cannot accept this attitude too if it's true, I think the other "top notched" school fare much better in this aspect , maybe the is the difference in "Chinese" and "western" ways to deal with things.

Personally I would NOT put my child in a school where snobs (fellow students and/or their parents) would look down onto others because of their different social status.

I wonder why there are never CIS parents here to tell us what's really going on inside, or sharing about the interviews etc, as there are a few parents here in this post has just said that they have received the offers.
i believe there is exception just like CIS offers financial aid to those who are in need. Is just the majority are super rich and yes have body guard ( or 2 vans of body guards).
